Whittemore Improvement Association

The Whittemore Improvement Association (WIA) is a voluntary association of property owners in the Tobey Development area of Whittemore Point, Bridgewater, NH. WIA is incorporated under the laws of New Hampshire as a non-profit corporation, and is the sole owner of the WIA Beach Lot and equipment located on the lot, and is the designated administrative entity for the WIA boat mooring field approved by the State of New Hampshire. The primary purpose of WIA is the maintenance of the WIA beach and beach equipment.

Membership is limited to lot owners who have beach rights specified in their land deeds and beachfront owners who are approved for membership by a vote of all WIA members.
